SAB Happy Moments, Hugs & Kisses, and Welcome Neighbor Pad

This is one of the cards we made at my last Stamp A Stack. I used the Hugs and Kisses note paper from the Occasions mini. We punched the corners with the Scallop Corner punch. The stamp set is the SAB Happy Moments.
